Creative nutritious butter plum chop

The baby and the lover all praise me for this innovation is very good! Today's Anja butter, 100% from New Zealand grass-fed cows, has a milk fat content of 82.9%, rich milk flavor and rich nutrition. Without further ado, take a look at the production process.

Methods/Steps

Cut the ribs into segments, soak the plums in cooking wine for 10 minutes, mix the dark soy sauce with salt and sugar to make a juice. And of course there's the unsalted 10g jar of Anga Butter (plain), which is so household friendly and easy to keep that I keep it in various Spaces in my fridge at home

Put cool water in the pot and add the spring onion and ginger.

Put in the ribs and keep the heat low all the time so that the blood in the ribs will be boiled out.

Boil the water for 10 minutes and remove.

Still on low heat, add 40g of Ancha butter. It was a lot of ribs for the whole family, so I put in four small pieces.

Put the ribs in and fry until they are brown in color.

Add prunes and cooking wine.

Add the mixed ingredients, boil over high heat and simmer with low heat.
