Flash how to make stage lighting animation

This is using Animate CC, opening software, Actionscript3.0 documentation.

Place the stage and lighting material on the stage

Here's how to make one of these lights. Choose the light on the left

Right-click and select Convert to Component

Convert to graphic components

Place the lights on a separate layer

Timeline to 60 frames

Insert keyframes at frames 30 and 60

Adjust the Angle of the light on frame 30

Create action tween animations

The animation should now look like this

After animating all three lights, you get the desired effect.
